Shannon has dedicated her life to the care of companion animals. Since the young age of 14, Shannon has been in the animal care industry in Las Vegas and California. At the age of 18, she was the proud owner of two successful veterinary practices in the Las Vegas valley, focusing on high quality of care and always offering the best medicine. As a non-DVM owner, Shannon has had the privilege of working with many Valley Veterinarians and training them as well as technicians in standards of care, anesthesia protocol and much more. Her knowledge and experience after 15 years in veterinary medicine has made her have compassion for owners with her fully understanding the emotional connection between owners and their pets. Shannon has made it her mission to invest in the health, happiness and healing of lives from the inside out. Her faith in Jesus and her love for her family encapsulate who she is. Her belief system at the core is evident in her practices and how she gets so close to clients and her staff. Shannon also owns A-Round of A-Paws Pet Boarding Resort and Spa and Pampered Pets on Wheels Mobile Grooming company. Shannon has a history in pet training and takes time rescuing unwanted pets and rehabilitating them into society so they can have forever homes. Her husband Paul, her son Isaiah and her three corgis Chupacabra, Nubbin and Puppy make up her happy home.

Dr. Johnathan Snead is a Tuskegee University of Veterinary Medicine graduate who has a passion for surgery and exotic pets. He always strives to offer the highest quality of medicine and give personalized attention to each and every client he sees. He loves his patients and truely is the Apitomy of our belief, “Investing in the Health, Happiness and Healing of LIves.” On his days off Dr. Snead enjoys hiking , camping and working on cars. He often see him with Rosie our hospital dog!
Dr. Deb Master has been a practicing veterinarian for over 16 years. She grew up here in Las Vegas and graduated valedictorian from Cimarron-Memorial High School. Dr. Master graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University in 2001. Dr. Master spent a year in Ecuador ( South America ) with the Peace Corps treating animals and teaching basic medicine and husbandry to the locals. That is where she learned to speak Spanish. Dr. Master is kind to people and compassionate to animals. She is thorough with her exams and work ups and she takes the time to explain to clients what is going on and what options to consider. Dr. Master is an experienced and confident veterinarian who cares deeply for every one of her patients.
Dr. Mascaro was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her Bachelors in Animal Science and Technology at Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) while also working as a veterinary technician. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama; the same school her favorite mentors have graduated from. Her professional interest include internal medicine and orthopedic surgery. In her free time, Dr. Mascaro enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, riding horses, and watching her LSU tigers play football. She has 2 dogs Carmel (Standard Poodle) and Gumbo (Bernese Mountain Dog) that are her favorite Netflix buddies, and a horse named Magic that lives in Louisiana.

Jody has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years, with a special interest in anesthesia. She enjoys the fact that this job is never boring and always full of surprises. She gets great satisfaction from the many happy outcomes the team at Valle Verde accomplishes. In her time off, she enjoys hiking, exploring new places and spending time with family.
Christine Bewley, a part time licensed tech in training studying for her board exams this year. With 4 years experience she loves doing dental cleanings. When she isn’t caring for your pets she is spending time with her two daughters and husband. Family and faith are high priority for her living a happy life. Las Vegas native who enjoys listening to music, going to concerts and reading in what little spare time she has.
Kyle has been a Las Vegas resident since 2002 and a vet assistant since 2008. He enjoys movies, music and treating your pet like family.
Veronica Villeda, full time room tech, raised and born in California, relocated in Vegas since 2000, has been in the veterinarian field since 2003 she loves dealing with exotics, and anything that walks thru the doors. Veronica is compassionate and relatable, who makes it her mission to treat all pets and clients like family. When she isn’t caring for your pets she is spending time with her two kids. Veronica also enjoys outdoors adventures,hiking, working out, and music, she is also a proud owner of a 8yr old chihuahua named wee, bearded dragon named Dorita, and a conure named Olive.
Hailey Donner has eight plus years of professional animal care, on top of being a lifelong pet owner. While not caring for your pets she spends her time taking care of her two dogs, Slash and Jack, as well as her three cats, Olive Oyl, Gemini and Zelda. Her passions are animals and cooking. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her niece, reading and binge watching the Food Network.
Joy and her family have been in Las Vegas for 20 years. She’s been in the veterinary field for 12 years and found this field strictly by “accident” and could not be more pleased with her career choice. She lives with her husband and one cranky old Chihuahua named Willie. She has three grown children and three grandchildren that she spoils at any given opportunity!
